The Twelve Weeks

The physical development across the twelve weeks is less structured than the psychological and spiritual work — by design. It is built around your current level of training and lifestyle.

 

Week 1 — Assessment Before anything changes, we take an honest account of where you are. Personality assessments, baseline mapping, values, inner conflict. 

 

Weeks 2–7 — The Awakening Six weeks of deliberate inner work. Five core emotional states — anger, fear, sadness, hurt, guilt — examined and worked through one by one. Then limiting beliefs — the stories you've been telling yourself about what's possible. This is where most of the real work happens.

 

Week 8 — Purpose The pivot point. What's been cleared makes space for what comes next. This session is about identifying what you're actually moving toward — and why.

Weeks 9–12 — The Actualising Four weeks of execution. The ideal is planned and pursued. Accountability, integration, and reapplication of techniques where needed. This is where the inner work becomes outer life.

End of Week 12 — Reassessment A full reassessment against week one. Documented. Honest. A clear picture of what has shifted and what comes next.
